Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for giving your Zoey Sleep® products a fair chance and trying out the best for at least 20 nights. To initiate a return, please proceed by filling out the form here. Once approved for a return, you have 30 days to complete the process. After 30 days, return privileges are forfeit.
If your product(s) doesn’t work for any reason within your 100-Night Trial, you can return it for a full refund by following these three simple steps:
- Please fill out our Returns Form to start your return within your 100-Night Trial.
- We’ll email you a FedEx return label to print out and tape to the box.
- Drop that box off at your local FedEx store.
Refunds will be credited back to your card between 5-10 business days after you drop the package off.
Products purchased through Amazon will come with a 30-night sleep trial. To return a product purchased through Amazon, initiate the return within your Amazon account or by calling Amazon at 888-280-4331.
Exchanges
In the unfortunate situation that you receive a defective or damaged good. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@zoeysleep.com along with images of the damage and we will review your request.
Expected Refund Processing Time
Your refund goes back to the original form of payment upon receipt or verification of your returned item(s). If you no longer have the card used to pay, the refund will go back to the account it was associated with. It can take 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you believe you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or card account used to make the purchase. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@zoeysleep.com.
